This forum has been created for those who have been wronged by Butterfly Labs to get together and take action to make this disorganized company take action and treat their existing customers properly. In many cases, customers have had the following problems: *
1. Have not received their orders
2. Have received the wrong equipment (IE. Single 60GH/s when they ordered a 60GH/s)
3. Defective Equipment (We have seen a high rate of defects related to delivered equipment
4. No response from BFL

All we want is for BFL to honor their sales and RMA defective equipment, fix wrong orders and respond to their customers. Their excuses are lame and inexcusable. Because the company has not responded to almost everyone who has tried to contact them via their RMA email address and other means, the only option left is to take legal action. Although legal action is not preferred, it is the only option left as the company has not honored their duties and responded to its customers.
Instead BFL continues to develop new products, market those products, process new sales all while existing customers are ignored. This is not right and illegal so we will be organizing and taking legal action against BFl to make them honor their responsibilities. A class action lawsuit in Kentucky is the preferred method to make this happen. If anyone from BFL has found this forum or is reading this, you are welcome to post here and work to resolve people's issues prior to legal action. Otherwise, we will be forced to proceed.
