Due to BFL's late or non-existent shipping, no customer service, high rate of defective products, etc this forum has been created to get everyone together to discuss how to organize a class action lawsuit against this terrible company. Many people have given BFL more than enough time to get their company together, however, they have failed to do so and instead focus on turning out new products rather than focusing on fixing existing customer problems.
BFL recently just announced a Monarch product line after thousands bought their 60 GH/s products and discounted the single line on top of everything else happening as a slap in the face to their existing customers. If any other company was run this poorly, they would either be out of business, sued or both. It is now time to take action.
In order to get a class action started, we need the following:
1. An attorney or law firm interested in representing such a case. If you are interested please post here.
2. Accounts of everyone with as much detail you can provide with a way to contact you once we get the class action organized.
If you have an order number, please post it. Also post if you have received a defective product or have not heard back from their customer service department. Their poor excuse for a lack of service is simply unacceptable. If you bought a car, would you let it sit in your driveway for weeks or months because the dealer was too "backlogged" to fix it or exchange it. Their business practices are unacceptable under US law and they need to fix them or refund money.
