I have requested that the Kansas City Attorney General investigate Butterfly Labs and I received an email back today stating that they would and it will take 2-3 weeks. So it looks like the Attorney General has agreed to look into this situation and help us out! As soon as I hear anything back, I will let you know.

How do I sign up for this? They sent me defective equipment, won't answer any emails, voicemails or technical questions. I sent the equipment back to them and have a confirmation from Dec. 16,that they received it, but I haven't gotten any update or equipment back. How do I become a part of the class action lawsuit? Thanks!
