IF YOU HAVE BEEN DONE WRONG BY BFL IN ANYWAY PLEASE CONTACT ME AHILL206@YAHOO.COM. I AM TALKING WITH AN ATTORNEY ABOUT A CLASSS ACTION SUIT. ANY AND ALL INFORMATION HELPS. WE AS CONSUMERS NEED TO STAND UP AGAINST BFL AND LET THEM KNOW WE WILL NOT BE RAILROADED. I PERSONALLY SPENT 4300 DOLLARS ON MY EQUIPMENT IN MARCH OF 2013, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT FOR 7-8 MONTHS AND BY THIS TIME THE DIFFICULTY HAD INCREASED SO MUCH THAT I WILL NEVER EVEN RECOUP MY INVESTMENT MUCH LESS MAKE A PROFIT. IF YOU WILL CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME ANY INFO ON YOUR SITUATION I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO WORK WITH THE ATTORNEY TO GET A SUIT FILED. Yeah, I would like to join in on the lawsuit. I have seen ZERO evidence that BFL will deliver the two Monarch 600's we ordered in January. Everyone knows that with the difficulty increase over the course of the avg. 8 - 14 months it takes them to deliver, it will be far too late to even make the money back that my step brother's and I invested, which was $4,500.
I keep seeing people being scammed by this company, the majority of people who invested in its mining technology actually, and feel just on principle alone that we should not let this stand. No person should be allowed to get away with stealing from people let alone a multimillion dollar company. In fact, this is much worse than some desperate person stealing from you. These are people who own much nicer houses, much nicer cars, can afford to go on vacation to different parts of the world multiple times a year who are ripping us off. That makes it much more annoying and ever more pressing a matter. This cannot slide. Let's go to court!

I waited for singles I ordered in may of 2013, until it was apparent I was not going to get them in time to mine with any reasonable hope of getting at least my money back. I then decided to purchase a preorder that was earlier than the ones I ordered by several months. This did allow me to just recently break even. but not a penny more. Since I was looking at a late date around December , I decided to fall for the bfl bait and switch tactic, which entailed putting out the option to buy into the Monarch class, With them assuring people that they would be delivering those items latest estimate was November. As with anything they sell, I am still waiting for orders made in May 2013, converted to Monarchs in September, only to ever get a unit I purchased off another user. My 60 GH single I bought off a user , had the power supply die, 3 months to the day after starting to mine with it. the smoke it created was choking . and I quickly bought a PSU out of my pocket to power the unit. It was useless to ask for a repair, they would only send the cheap 'made in china' power supply that would probably die again or worst case, burn my house down. Take these people out of service.. they are in my mind crooks , and prey on the people that choose to believe a company's word is reliable.
